I am hosted to an another ISP. How can I transfer my domain to you?
It's up to the registration company of your domain. First all you will need your domains EPP code, which is authorization code of your domain. Once you have the EPP code you can begin the transfer process with Bestdomains, when the system request your EPP code then you will insert it at the additional field.
Most companies have a prepared panel which you can request your EPP code. Bestdomains use a direct Live On-Live form transferring one or bulk domains from other registrar to Bestdomains
If your registrar does not provide online system to getting your EPP code, you can request it by sending an e-mail like the below example :

Honorable Sir My name is <- your name-> and I am the owner of the domain <- your domain ->
Please, send me the EPP code for the domain <- your domain ->
<-Ending the email->
The above email should be sent from the same email address which you made the registration. For example, if you used the e-mail “me@myemail.gr” for the registration, then you should sent the above e-mail from the “me@myemail.gr” address.
