If a Domain Name is assigned to me, can someone else use the same Domain Name?

The [.gr] Domain Names are assigned by the Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission.

The [.gr] Registry maintains and operates the database of the assigned Domain Names [.gr] and ensures the uniqueness of each Domain Name.

However, the same Variable Field can be registered under a different extension (e.g. The Domain Name [name.gr] does not exclude the registration for the Domain Names [name.com], [name.de] or [name.com.gr] etc).
